The Senior Solution Architect will provide technical pre-sales support for mobile solutions, e-commerce, CRM, BI and other cloud computing solutions.
The Solution Architect will define solutions to meet customer need using combinations of technologies and services. This person will be primarily responsible for ensuring the proposed solution meet the customer need, can be delivered with high quality by HRTC and are differentiated from the competition.
The Solution Architect must be knowledgeable about mobile computing platform, mobile data networks, and mobile application ecosystem as well web technology and cloud computing solutions. The role requires strong relationship skills with both internal and external personal. This position reports directly to the VP of Product Management and works closely with sales leadership, and individual Account Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Define the product and services required to fulfill customer requirements
• Determining optimum sizing and configurations for the product, to establish pricing and cost the solution
• Work with internal product engineering team and research team to define strategy for meeting specific customer’s requirements
• Technical competitive positioning
• Providing technical support to customers during evaluations and benchmarking
• Sales improvement:

• Help develop repeatable solutions definitions and sales materials
• Manage technical templates and content for use by engineering team
• Lead sales training sessions

Qualifications:

Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a motivated technical project manager to join our team! You will be responsible for managing and executing multiple large-scale mobile web projects while building lasting relationships with our clients.

The Project Manager will define solutions to meet customer needs using combinations of technologies and services. Responsibilities:
-Successfully manage and execute software development life cycles through implementation and project scopes.

- Manage day-to-day project workflow and client interaction.

- Successfully manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback.

- Work directly with sales team to fulfill customer requirements.
- Assist with creation and maintenance of project documentation including status reports, project schedules, budgets and post-mortem reviews.
- Develop productive, enjoyable client relationships.
- QA production and live client sites when needed
- Actively monitor project risks and scope creep to foresee and identify potential problems and solutions

Qualifications:

-Individual must possess a minimum of 5 years of IT Project Management technical experience in high tech industry or consulting background.

- PMP certification required.
- Large-scale web release and change management process experience
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies
- Ability to anticipate issues, identify future choke points and working ahead of time to alleviate potential issues

-Proficient with .Net and Web technologies

-Mobile website or applications development experience
